Rice shortage or too populated…

April 15, 2008

So how that stuff works….Ooooooops. Are there really a shortage on rice or God has something to tell us on what was happening in our country. In the US, their main problem was Obesity. It’s maybe the ate a lot and in our country we don’t have rice. So is this an ecological imbalance. If rice shortage was a problem, then why in Isabela has tons of rice. Isn’t there are people who hoards and let this things happen so that when the price is right they will earn more from what they have expected. Right, now when I ate I always make it a point I have my plate empty. I make it a point no rice was spared. I just want to help this country to move on. Big things start from small things. Think of something that you can share with the pilipino people. Go out from your comfort zone and share a blessing to others. Tomorrow we will have a better country, a better life that we both can share and enjoy.

Gob bless you…

clutch sighted on Star Patrol

April 9, 2008

I was just wondering how do I look on TV, With a colleague we hurried into the Technical Operations Center and be the background of Phoemela Veranda on her Star Patrol Segment of TV Patrol today. Just to be more curious I play it all over again. Oh what a skinny man walking around! I work at the station as a systems engineer and sometimes its just an ice cream on top of a cone. Despite the hardwork of Integrating broadcast equipment. I can still do some fun things to remove some stress.

Happy Day!

My charade is sick.

March 31, 2008

Ewwwwwww… its hot and its summer now my charade is sick. I bought this car
for a reason that I have my wife use it for picking up my daughter to
school. And now school is over and I have the opportunity to use it going to
the office.Last Wednesday as I was heading towards manila to visit my
in-laws, I notice that my temperature gauge was about more than halfway. So
what I did was to shut off the aircon and open my window. Fortunately, a
petron gas station was there to accommodate my car and have it refill with
water. About five minutes past, it happened again. So what I did was to shut
off the aircon and open my window. I notice that the LED indicator of my
radiator fan was not working when the aircon is open and when I shut the
aircon the radiator fan open. So I believe it was shorted or the relay was
busted. Now what I did was to do little trick and have the relay of my
radiator fan shorted so I can still run and use the aircon. So then it was
successful then I just go home as usual. Then the next morning I hear a tik
tak sound. And what was that? I have it check with my mechanic, and he told
me we need to open the engine and have it check if it was a bearing or what.
Now it is really sick and I don’t know how much would it cost but I still
love this car, as for the moment I’m back with my motorcycle. I’ll update
this blog once I have my charade back on the road.

Panglao Is., Bohol

March 21, 2008

Never been to Bohol? Well, for me you should be. Summer is coming and heat
strikes again. I suggest you visit Bohol. We stayed at Panglao Island Nature
Resort, if my memory serve me well, its white sand beach that look’s like
crystal in the morning. It has complete amenities, name it from spa’s to
table tennis they have it. The one thing I can never forget was the resort
features a restaurant serving Filipino delicacies that you would say "sarap
talaga dito". If you want to be in paradise go to Panglao Is. You will never
regret visiting this small part of bohol.

Where you be spending your summer?

Holy Week and I’m still working.

March 20, 2008

When all else are going to take their vacation. I and my team are still
troubleshooting servers here at a TV station in Quezon City. I believe in
God and Jesus Christ but my work isn’t. Huh! It’s Holy Week and It is the
Holy time to restart servers because everybody is busy. And no one dare to
open up their Television, I work as a system integration on a supplier
company of broadcast equipment. From automation software , video servers
like seachange we have it. Video/audio converters and processor we sell
them. The thing I don’t want on this job? You know what? It always work on
holidays! Come on, its holiday and I deserve to have a break but this is
work. I work 24/7 that’s why we are called technical support.

Anyway, I would really like to take a vacation. Supposedly, we are schedule
to go to Alaminos Pangasinan this Holy Week. I want to breathe in and take
a splunge into the clear water of hundred Islands. I want to build Sand
castle but what am I building now. A TV station again and again.

Well I’m just too sentimental because I missed another Holy week. And this
is the time money can’t buy.

Happy Easter Everyone who reads my blog.

How to remove Brontok Virus.

I have tried much antivirus software. Name them all and maybe here listed
are the antivirus software you are now downloading to get rid of the
infectious worm. I have tried clam antivirus- from its logo to its scanning
time it took me 3 hours to scan a 40GB hardisk. Tried Nod32 and this scanner
is a leopard on scanning files. But still the Worm reside in the system. Its such annoying that I have 3 main servers that are being infected by this virus and I just can’t do anything since we are always online.

So what should you do if you can’t reboot a server to run in safe mode. Run a network scan. I’m using PCMAV to remove this cruel virus.

Here’s the link to download the file.

Diving The Anilao Reefs

I used my charade to test drive sa long ride. I’m with my family , my wife and 2 kids…together with their lola.
